1. Appointment Deposit

To secure an appointment, a booking deposit is required. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your visit.

2. Punctuality & Late Arrivals

We kindly ask clients to arrive 10–15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time to allow for preparation and check-in.

Arrivals that are more than 15 minutes late may result in the appointment being unable to proceed. In these circumstances, the booking will be treated as a no-show and the deposit will not be refunded.

3. Appointment Changes & Cancellations

Should you need to change or cancel your booking, a minimum of 72 business hours’ notice is required (weekends excluded).

When sufficient notice is provided, you may reschedule your appointment once, provided the new booking is made within one month of the original date. Your deposit will be retained for this rescheduled appointment.

4. Touch-Up Services

Touch-up treatments are not included in the initial service fee and will incur an additional charge.

For optimal results, we recommend scheduling any touch-up session within 4 to 8 weeks following your original treatment.

5. Changes Made by the Salon

In the event that we need to move your appointment, alternative dates and times will be offered based on availability.

If the proposed options are not suitable, you may request a full refund of your deposit.

6. No-Shows & Short-Notice Cancellations

Appointments that are missed, or cancelled without the required notice period, will result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit.

7. Validity of Deposits & Vouchers

All deposits, advance payments, and gift vouchers are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase. After this period, they will expire and cannot be redeemed.

8. Amendments to Terms

These terms may be revised from time to time to reflect updates to our services or business operations. Any changes will be published on our official website and will apply to all bookings made thereafter.
